Cotton, Paper Leak Too Much Air
Published on October 26, 2005 By kingbee In Misc

I was just reading an article in an old issue of Police Blotter in which I found a splendid article by Schmero T Ohmmeter who channels the wonderful old character actor, Charles Bickford.   Entitle "What's Wrong With Everything", it pointed out a hair-raising fact: More than 100,000 different types of plastic bags can now be found on Planet Earth."

What's so scary about that?  I thought you'd never ask.

Look at this picture:

As you can see, this poor cat was horribly murdered by a plastic bag.

Even worse, I'm posting these stupid articles (which only take me 3 minutes or so to write and upload...so youo know they're well-researched and thought out) and I don't make money when you use plastic bags.  Cotton bags are so much better because we all know cotton puts nutrients BACK into the soil where it's grown.

Still, there is one good thing about plastic bags.  If every blog spammer would only put one over his or her head and duct tape it tightly around each individual neck...I wouldn't have to waste my time doing this.

One of my pet peeves is people who post multiple articles at one time. It's rude. It prematurely pushes other people's articles off the sidebar.

Attention hogs!

People should be limited to one (at most two) articles on the sidebar at a time, then have their posting privileges restricted till the articles scroll. That'd fix 'em.

Look at this picture:

I need to get a picture of Fuzzy in a plastic bag. He's obsessed. (Considering 2/3 of the pictures I take are of my cat, you'd think I'd already have one. I guess I'm more concerned with getting the bag away from him -- or vice versa, in the case of evil cat-killing bags -- that I don't pause to think, "Oh how cute! Where's my camera?")

Cloth bags just dont do it for poopy diapers tho.  Otherwise, I agree!

Ok, so I see.  Have you read any of his stuff?  I read a couple, but not that much.  And I have not seen any comments of his on other's articles.

Agreed. I think we should be limited to two articles per day, per category, and no more than say...six articles total in any 24 hour period. I too get sick of seeing the same name over and over and over every freaking day, particularly when they aren't one of my favorite posters

Thing is, he got featured last week!

I'm starting to hate him.  Like I want to reach through the screen and choke him.

That is not the Zuffi way, Dharma.

The problem with the ones that got featured was they were blatantly spam since they linked back to their own store-front website.

on this idiot's site, there's an invitation to 'Catch Rajiv online on MSN messenger' : norquestco@hotmail.com

i hate msn messenger but this might be all the impetus i need not merely to catch him, but do my best to bag his ass.

poopy diapers

interesting observation. you should turn it into an article and post it in rajiv's personal blog section (formerly known as 'business')

I have not seen any comments of his on other's articles.

i tried to engage him in a discussion by commenting. alas, he seems to be too busy cranking out crap to respond.

We have a few here that annoy me even more than the spammers by acting as "town criers."

they are equally as bad but not worse...for one reason. with the exception of young master rove jr's brief fling, they don't usually toss out more than two alerts per day.
