i'm notta big fan of firearms in general. 

i stopped hunting when i was still in my teens.

i've had a few shots fired at me (all missed).  on 11 different occasions, 11 different people have pointed firearms at me at close range.  if i'd been armed, i would have not have been able to prevent any of those incidents from occuring. it seems to me much more likely i would have been shot in that case.

despite all that, i gotta admit i'd love to have an antitank weapon of the shoulder-fired variety.  call me nuts, but there's something about being able to really blast shit outta stuff.

if you share that sentiment, here's something you may enjoy.  it's in japanese so i can't say for sure what's goin on.  looks as if they're tryin to determine whether an all-nite gas station clerk should give up the till should someone with one of these bad boys--standing no farther than 100m from his or her lil bulletproof glass enclosure--demand it.
